So, What Does it Cost for a Vacation Week in Paradise?
On average, about 20-30% less when booked through Atlantis Family Fun.
But please, compare apples to apples. Our rates are flat and include all surcharges. Ask the competition for their final cost after all taxes, surcharges and housekeeping fees.
So What’s the Catch?
You may have noticed that we keep emphasizing two points throughout the site:
We do so because every day we are asked those two questions over and over from first-time customers. We’ve come to realize that many people’s first reaction is “What’s the catch? A villa for the same cost as the cheapest hotel room? There must be a trade-off. The villas must be a mile away or have limited access to Atlantis...”
Well there is a trade-off, of sorts– but it is certainly not in quality or amenities. A villa rental from a private owner is not for everyone. The villas only rent by the week and a Friday, Saturday or Sunday check-in is required. So if you cannot meet those requirements then the villas may not be for you.
But if you can meet those requirements, then you can enjoy the best of Atlantis in spacious accommodations for the cost of the cheapest hotel room.
All of the above is spelled out in a rental agreement that you will agree to during our online checkout. You will also receive an email confirmation with a copy of these terms.
You can see that renting one of our villas does take some planning, but sometimes even the best laid plans …you know the rest. But if you find yourself having to cancel your trip to Atlantis, don't worry. We have partnered with TravelexInsurance (www.travelex-insurance.com) to make sure that our guests get the best trip insurance at the best rates.
The insurance is optional but we do recommend it. Most families can insure the cost of their villas for about $100 and their entire trip for about $150.
