Yes, all stays are for 7 nights with a Friday, Saturday or Sunday check-in.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations may be canceled up to 90 days before check-in. Cancellations are subject to a one night cancellation fee.

Q. What if I cancel within the 90 day window?
Cancellations within 90 days of check-in are non-refundable. However, we will make a good faith effort to rebook the villa and refund all payments — less a one night re-booking fee. Renters may also opt to reschedule the vacation week. However, the re-booking is limited to availability, must be booked in the same calendar year and cannot be re-booked more than 60 days out if the cancellation is within 60 days of check-in.

Q. How do I get to Atlantis?
Virtually all guests will arrive via air and land at Nassau International Airport.

Q. How do we get to and from the Nassau International Airport?
While there are bus and shuttle transfers, taxi cabs are the best way to get to and from the airport. Taxis are plentiful, usually very clean and operated by knowledgeable and friendly drivers. Rates are regulated so there is no worry about being taken advantage of. Ride is 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic in Nassau.

Q. How much is the cab fare from the airport to the Harborside Resort Villas?
The base cab fare from Nassau International Airport to Harborside Resort at Atlantis on Paradise Island is $27 for the first two passengers, $3 for each additional passenger, and $1 for the Paradise Island Bridge. Plus tip, of course.

Q. When is check in and check out?
Check in time is 4 PM. Check out is 10 AM. However, all the Atlantis and Harborside amenities are available to our guests the whole day of arrival and departure. Hospitality Suites are available at the Beach Tower and Royal Towers to accommodate early arrivals and late departures. Fresh towels, showers and lockers are provided free of charge.

Q. Where do I check-in?
Check in at the main desk in the Guest Services & Registration (Building # 7). When you register, you will receive an Atlantis guest card which allows for charge privileges throughout the resort. T he card is also needed to secure wristbands and fresh towels each day at the pools.

The Atlantis Resort's hours of operation for the pools are normally from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Q. Are there any age or height restrictions for the slides?
A 48" height requirement is strictly enforced. However, there are plenty of activities for smaller children — including 3 waterscapes reserved exclusively for younger children.

Q. What is the best way to the pools and slides?
The villas are a nice 10 minute walk around the marina from the main pools and slides. There is also shuttle service— see below.

Q. Is there a shuttle service?
The Harborside at Atlantis runs a complimentary shuttle service continuously from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. between Harborside and the various Atlantis buildings.
The Harborside Resort also runs a shuttle service to a grocery store in Nassau for $7 per person, round-trip. The grocery shuttle runs on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday mornings. One hour is given for shopping at the grocery store between drop-off and pick-up.

Q. Where can we shop for groceries and souvenirs?
We always suggest bringing cereals, coffee, snacks etc from home.
There is a small convenience store in the Harborside lobby for essentials - milk, bread, juice, eggs, butter, snacks and sundries.
You can ask your taxi driver to stop at a market on the way from the airport. There is also a grocery shuttle that leaves from Harborside during the week - see shuttle information above.
The shops across from Atlantis are fine for souvenirs. Prices are comparable to those in Nassau.

You can pick up a cab out by the main Harborside Resort Villas Guest Services & Registration (Building # 7). You can ask concierge service to arrange for a cab to pick you up by calling from your villa phone or by asking at the main desk in the Guest Services & Registration lobby.

Q. Does the Harborside Resort at Atlantis offer House Cleaning and Room Service?
Yes, the Harborside Resort offers house cleaning and room service. Complimentary mid-week and departure cleanings are included in the rate. Should you require additional cleanings, they are available for a fee. You can call Harborside's own restaurant, The Point, to arrange for room service.
Q. Does the Harborside Resort offer baby-sitting services?
Yes, baby-sitting is offered at $15 for the first child and $3 more for each additional child. After 10 p.m., baby-sitting rates are $20 / $3. Baby-sitting services are available for a minimum of 3 hours. Other rules may apply.
