Take a Relaxing Week to Enjoy the Largest Resort in the World
With the completion of Phase 3 at Atlantis, there are now literally hundreds of acres of activities, pools and exhibits - please see our videos for an overview of all there is to do. The tremendous scope of activities means most families prefer having a full week at the resort so they can enjoy all Atlantis has to offer at a leisurely pace. Since spending a week in a hotel room is less than desirable - demand for the villas is high.
The villas provide all the comforts of home - full kitchen, laundry, separate bedroom etc. And, there is the added benefit of being right on the Atlantis Resort - yet having the Harborside pool and hot tub to return to after a day enjoying all the Atlantis activities.
All of this for a weekly rate comparable to the least expensive hotel room at Atlantis.
When comparing rates - it is important to remember that we offer flat rates that include all add-ons and resort surcharges. Many booking agents add up to 30% to the base rate - make sure to ask for their final rate.
- You agree to a specific rental week at a flat rate. There are no add-ons or surcharges when booking through us.
- The full weekly rental fee is paid at booking. All payments must be by credit card.
- Reservations cancelled up to 72 hours after booking are refundable less a 5% cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled after 72 hours and up to 90 days before the check-in may be cancelled with a penalty of 15% of the total reservation cost.
- Reservations cancelled inside of 90 days of check-in are non-refundable. We will attempt to re-rent the villa, but cannot guarantee success. Renters may also reschedule their week but the rebooking is subject to availability within the same calendar year and other restrictions may apply. There is a 15% fee for rebooking or re-renting a reserved villa.
- To mitigate against last minute difficulties we offer optional trip insurance at discounted rates.
All of the above is spelled out in a rental agreement that you will agree to during our online checkout. You will also receive an email confirmation with a copy of these terms.
We have partnered with Travelex Insurance to ensure our guests get the best trip insurance at the best rates. An automatic quote will be added to your order at check-out. Insurance is optional and can be declined - but we do recommend it for our our customers.
